When you sign up: dive shop name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store card details).
When you use ScubaKit: equipment records, fault reports, staff names and roles, parts and supplier information, and service logs.
We do NOT sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with other ScubaKit customers.
As the platform operator, we have administrative access to the database for maintaining the service, fixing technical issues, and providing support when requested. Your data is separated from other shops using a unique Shop ID. We will only access your specific data if required for support or if legally required.
Your data is stored on Railway (railway.app) servers in the United States. We use HTTPS encryption. Passwords are stored encrypted. No system is 100% secure.
Data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted upon request.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email scubakit@kohkooddivers.com — we respond within 30 days.
